You can always,
ALWAYS dress up an outfit by adding jewelry. At work, we're practically required to put a necklace on every mannequin. It just pulls together the entire outfit, making her look her absolute best. The only exception when I do not add a necklace is when I dress her in a halter tank top that clings close to and ties around her neck.
